I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and offer a confidential place where you can talk about emotional difficulties that are stopping you from getting the most out of your life.

With me you can talk freely. I will not tell you what to do or give advice. Instead I will help you explore and reflect on your life and relationships so that you can make your own choices.

I offer both ongoing and time-limited therapy.

I also provide supervision.

I am registered with the private health insurance provider BUPA.

My consulting room is conveniently situated 1.5 miles from Tonbridge Station with easy access from London Bridge, Tunbridge Wells, West Malling, Maidstone and Sevenoaks.
