Privacy Policy contd

You have the right to erasure in the form of deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. I reserve the right to refuse a request to delete personal information where I believe it necessary in the interests of freedom of expression and information; to comply with a legal obligation; or the exercise or defence of legal claims. In this event I will retain the original information and will include any additional/updated information you choose to share with me for your records.

If I become aware of a situation where your personal information may have accidently or maliciously been obtained by a third party I will notify you within three days.

If you are concerned about the way that your information is being held please discuss this with me. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.


I reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time as I may deem necessary; as may be required by law and/or in light of future amendments to the General Data Protection Regulations.

Your will be asked to sign a copy of this policy to indicate that we have discussed and agreed how your personal information will be held for the purposes of psychotherapy. Without your agreement to my holding your personal information it will not be possible to proceed with our work together.
