Ongoing and time-limited therapy

 

I offer an initial session which usually lasts about 1 hours 15 mins.  This meeting is an opportunity to explore together whether a psychodynamic approach is likely to be of benefit to you.

 

It also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about the therapy.

 

Initial session  (1 hours 15 mins)        £50

 

Ongoing 50 minute sessions              £55 ( reviewed annually)

 

I sometimes have vacancies for people who are unable to pay the full fee.

 

Supervision Fees

 

I provide both individual and group supervision.

 

Sessions normally last for a full hour.

 

The fee for individual supervision is  £50

 

My fee for group supervision depends on the location
